Yard Sale Application for Permit


Two yard sales are permissible in any 12-month period. The fee for each yard sale shall be $5.00 and shall be paid to the Borough prior to the issuance of the permit.

The maximum duration of any yard sale shall be two consecutive calendar days; and the approved yard sale must be held within 15 days of the issuance of the permit for that yard sale.
